My sister-in-law recently expressed her love of nail-head trim while sitting on her new chairs, which, of course, had nail-head trim. She went on and on about all the different furniture she liked and had seen with the glorious tacking material.  “Gosh,” I told her, somewhat surprised, “I guess I have never really thought about it that much”.  Don’t get me wrong, I pay attention when ordering furniture with nail-head trim, but I never really focused on it before.  So, having said that, I took an hour to look through my inspiration book to pick out all the photos that I liked with nail-head trim.  I ended up having so many images that I had to go back through and pick my favorites to share.  I guess I like nail-head trim more than I realized.

Recently my husband and I took a quick weekend jaunt to Boston to see Georgia Tech play Boston Collage.  Of course I was excited about going to the football game but what ended up thrilling me more than anything else was the absolute beauty and charm of this historic city.   I was completely and utterly taken with the architecture, masonry and iron work of Harvard, Quincy Market and Beacon Street.  I love the fact that our country has as much style as any European city.  See for yourself!
